COMMUNITY PRACTICE

Hannah is Dance Ambassador for 'Fallen Angels Dance Theatre' and regularly collaborates with 'Fallen Angels' and 'Outside Edge Theatre,' organizations committed to supporting individuals in recovery from addiction. These collaborations involve active participation and leadership in creative workshops, moving recovery sessions, and contributions to professional dance projects. Through these ongoing collaborations, Hannah channels her deep commitment to using dance as a powerful tool for healing from trauma for those in addiction recovery.
In addition to working with those in addiction recovery, Hannah extends her passion and community expertise working with EncoreEast, a dance company for people aged 60 and over at DanceEast Ipswich, where she has created two works - ‘Elizabeth’ for the Queens Jubilee, and ‘Leaving the ground’ for their performances at The Open Adult Dance Festival, Danzatore Insospettabile, and the Chichester Symposium 2026 ‘What Dance Can do’. In Autumn 2026 she will begin to work regularly with the company, leading weekly class and creative workshops.
Hannah also creates and leads a programme with BalletBoyz - ‘Kingston Moves’, where she curates and leads weekly movement and dance workshops for young people with additional needs.
Hannah is dedicated to cultivating inclusive creative environments, and sharing the transformative vehicle of dance in communion with others.

"Working with Hannah is a delight. Her classes are beautifully paced, balancing challenge and achievement. Watching Hannah dance is sheer inspiration. Her high expectations motivate us to perform to our very best. As a choreographer, she is generous in sharing her creative process. She is clear, detailed and kind in encouraging our performance skill and audience communication. We always look forward to working with Hannah and are never disappointed."
